su casa mean your house and bonita mean beautiful and como se llama is asking for her name. So su casa does not fit , was he just speaking spanish for the sake of speaking spanish because what he says doesn't make any sense.

I think it's just a joke - he's joking about trying to impress Shaki with his Spanish. In the U.S., most English-speaking people only know how to say things like "como se llama" and "bonita." In the song, it might also have a double-meaning, as in "Should we hook up at my house or yours?"
