what does
Como se llama, bonita, mi casa, su casa
mean in english ( its spanish ) its in the shakira song "hips dont lie" and it drives me crazy when im singing a song and i dont know what im saying
Spanish translation?
I know this song too :) but it's based on 'Dance Like This" (from the Dirty Dancing 2 soundtrack) which is even better!.... but here's the answer: you ask in a formal way if you use "Como se llama" and "su casa", e.x. while asking an older person. So it's not a usual question for a girl :) All the translations given above are correct but I have one little reservation - of course "bonita" means beautiful, e.x. "Es una chica bonita" = "She's a beautiful girl" but in the lyric the word is rather used to express "beauty".
